You might check out Mensa’s 2009 Holiday Gift Guide. I’m not sure I want to spend three grand on a replica of Captain Kirk’s chair, but hey, it’s your money! (I was much more tickled by the cuddly plush toys in the shape of bacteria and viruses…and the algae that create red tide…and pond scum…mmmm, pond scum…)

Some of the goods and services listed are exclusively for members. On the other hand, they do recommend the Mensa Home Test as a stocking stuffer…possibly leading to future discounts for more people.

They’ve also got an “American Mensa Smart Buys” page in conjunction with Amazon.

Finally, there’s the Mensa Select program, where board games are tested and some are given an endorsement label.
